the earth shook underneath lushan in sichuan on 20 apr 2013, china, barely before the 5th anniversary of the wenchuan earthquake.

people's houses collapse, roads and bridges turn topsy turvy, mountain slopes slide, the whole place is totally shacked. who could help to prevent or ease the consequences of this natural disaster, why china seem more prone to earthquakes with sever damages both in properties and human casualties?

the nature of earthquakes in the western china region are usually shallow. and also looks like houses and infrastructures are not built to the spec of minimizing the extent of damage when a quake occurs. can this be learnt and improved upon?

looks like the after-quake rescue effort is effective ands is the effort to settle the people in nearby safer areas with adhoc tents.

he who makes an effort to help will be helped already
the marathon in boston finish line was greeted with two bombs and it shook the whole of US, and the city was locked down. the elder brother termalan tsarnaev died after a gun battle with the poise, and the younger tshokhar seriously wounded and taken into custody after a day's cat-n-mouse chase with the police and other law enforcement officers.

what kind of mindset would want to hurt people? when you are angry at somebody you may want to cause him pain, in any form. when you are angry with a group of people, you could fight them one by one, but if they are in a gang, you could not. so what do you do? you fight them all? how?

man is no different from animals when it comes to gunning down the enemy. by whichever means. only man has more means to do so.
