tianxia diyi kuo - shichuan numb

had dinner in a sichuan restaurant. ordered chicken cubes frie in dry chilly, beef boolied in chilly water, stewed ell, mapuo toufu, pig's ear and century egg.

the chicken cbues and beef were superbly numbingly good. it's not THAT HOT, but numbing it unmistakenly was!
