jurong point was full of people and walker. his fren's opened a prata shop there, selling like hot cake. a prata shop in a mall is quite a novel concept. you see prata shops in hawker centres, in food courts, in kopitiam, but a a SHOP by itself, like KFC, Mc Donald's.... obviously people don't mind paying more to get the ambiance, just like ah koon kopitiam, mushrooming all over the malls of the island.
how about adobo? can it be a selling food products for the singaporeans? the taste is right, the price is right, now where to market it? in hawker centre, kopitiam, food court, a shop by itself in a mall?
