he forgot to bring his cap out and the day was sunny and hot. he baked himself out in pandan river in along clementi hdb estate and faber crest condo. the white cranes did not feel the heat, resting leisurely along the bank. few people took to the bank for any activity in this hour of the day.
the river forked out into two one towards jurong and one into clementi-pandan district.
he could not cross it into the jurong branch. he reverted and went into the faber park estate, where there were bungalow units. one put up for sale. he called the agent up. she said, the total area is 8000sqft, asking for $1200/sqft. go figure. landed property prices have shot up drastically over one-year time for at least 20%.... higher in the hot area.
land is what singapore lacking, so naturally, the value will appreciate over time. to build more land..... try to build a mountain - less expansive than reclaiming from the sea.
