rules - rulelessness

question: why there's rules?

rules is something that governs everything
what will happen if the world is ruleless?

in the quantum world, there's no rules.... matter can appear from nowhere.

what transits from the ruleless world of quantum mechanic to the rule-world of what we experience everyday?

rule is what we observe the world to be under.
rulelessness only appear in the undefined interval of the smallest time unit, ie between one tick and the next..... anything can happen.

therefore time is the one thing that forces the chaotic quantum world into a deterministic world.

imagine a group of people running about in a field, when the commander gives a command by blowing the trumpet, all fall into positions. after that all go about in any which way they like, then the trumpet is blown again, again they fall into positions, this time they may fall into different positions.....

and we are the beings from these ticks and fixed-grid matrix.... from the 4th dimension. and there are beings from the dimensionless world - in between the ticks and in between the space fabric, ie not on the intersections of the threads of a net.

what's the rules for these beings?

for sure they would think that we are from the world of the rulelessness.
