a fren called, "i'm totally depressed, that the email had spiralled into a fiasco." he was referring to the list of issue that he raised against his team who's doing contract work for his company.
but there's issues and had be raised, especially in the early stage of ramping the business relationship from a low-loading to a high-loading relationship.
