they sacked the gm - AGAIN!
what's happened to the club? almost all gm's were sacked or resigned due to poor performance. and all the presidents and the committee were at odds with some section of the members.
this is a prestigious club, yet the behavior of the members were atrocious. there's no lack of professionals and high-society personnel in the membership, but whatever was done was done very unprofessionally - that attracted a lot of criticism after the jobs were done.
this acrimony is not only seen in this club, it's common in all publicly run clubs, and committees.
volunteering job do not pay!
