played in old course - the former president of the club joined them. slim guy in his fifties, bespectacle. he din't look contraversial as was reported in the new of club land lease renewal quite sometime ago. but definitely a competitive golfer, but nicely dispositioned in many ways.
when he was walking in the 15th par-3 hole, somebody in the 16th hole shouted "ball!"... he instinctively covered his head with his palm... but did not think anything of it. he thot nothing would happen like many time of "ball" before. out of the sky, something fell. his right foot felt like hit by something; he caught a glimpse of a golf ball rebouncing from his shoe... and the 2nd toe felt some heat, and slowly, the pain sank in... not that painful though, luckily the golf shoe was no canvas sneaker, the shoe body had a cover of thick material.... but the impact was so great that, the foot was definitely injured...
Thank God for not hitting any other part of the body!
