in amk hub, on the top floor, there's a ntuc club. there's a sign that says only for adult member above 18 years old.
why so? marathon man wants to find out. he opened the front door and took a look of what was inside the club. there were slot machines lining up against the walls; maybe some 100 machines.
since he was a ntuc member, he entered the premise.
the machines played 20 cents, 50 cents and $1. he went to the cashier and wanted to $10 into tokens. the cashier said, "minimum $20."
he changed 20 dollars for 20cent coins. the cashier gave him all $1 coins. and said, "you can drop a $1 coin into the 20cent machine, you can play 5 lines, or 5 times...."
within 10 minutes his $20 kapus.....
the auntie came close to him and asked, "finished?"
"yap. you can have it. just lost $20 in 10 minutes. you think you can make money out of this machine."
"young man.... this my lucky machine. i win money every day from it."
"how come i loose my money so fast?"
"you must know any slot machine is like a lover, you must spend a lot of time with her, then she can trust you and give you anything you want."
"how much time you have spent with her?"
"2 years, everyday."
"wow, really do your home work hah?"
"ahbuden? you want to tackle gals, let auntie teach you lah."
"not now.... i actually wanted to treat my galfren to a movie, now i lost my money.... next time."
