the new boss is coming next week. another boss?
well... he's an old colleague, but quite surprised that the management appointed him to succeed the previous boss.
he's typical engineer, abhors all structured, documented processes. he wanted everything spontaneous, ad-hoc, and protocol-free, sans all red-tapes.
but now he is getting himself into a structured, documented and protocol, red-taped world.
welcome to the management farce.
