sungei road - stuck

goodness sometimes interpreted apprehensively as something predicamentic.

you see, he was hooked with his new camera. day in day out..... from the moment he opens his eyes in the morning, to the moment he closes them at nite, he's been with his camera.

shoot here, shoot there, shoot up, shoot down, shoot big, shoot small....

then download pictures into his laptop, then pick the ones he likes, do some post processing....

it's been pretty havoc change of his daily routine and his life focus.... or he did not have any before, now he's focused to his k-x.

so much so he stays up until pass midnite just to do the pp, and to shoot the moon.

he wakes up before 6 to prepare for the sunrise shooting....

and for the past few days, it's been nothing but shoot.

he's like an addict, so obsessed with what he does, he couldn't care less what that will bring to his health.

he missed all his evening 9-holes. his weekend jogs. his normal hours of tv ogling... that's bad.

and it was not gone unnoticed.

he went to sungei road to scavenge for cheap pentax lenses. he found quite a few, but almost all were useless with very bad condition, except one, the cosina f3.5 22-70mm that's mounted on a old mv-1 that looked still quite decent. he got it for $50. and couldn't wait to mount it on his k-x to try it out.

to his disappointment, the lens was very blur, and could not focus properly(though in manual mode), and his utter horror, he was not able to dismount it when he wanted to; no matter what he did. how could that be? did he mount it wrong? did he put the wrong type of lens...

anyway, the camera was grounded. he went to slr revo, funan the next day. but they could not help either. have to wait for monday, to send the camera to the pentax service centre.

and they got it fixed.

THANK GOD.
