megi has brought record rainfall in north eatern taiwan, creating an ocean in yeelan province and bring down a places of the su-ao highway. in plain, the rainfall reached 990mm, whereas in teh mountains, it recorded over 1900mm.....
and all this water after wrecking havoc on people's lives, goes to waste.
and we do something to get something useful out of it?
