air keroh - young at heart

they took off from singapore at 7.45am, drove all way the rnr station in machap, and had their tea break. then drove for another 2 hours to arrive at air keroh and spent 30 minutes to find the direction to the air keroh golf club. it was was noon time. satrted t-off at 12.30pm. the sky was overcast for most of the afternoon. they finished playing the 18 holes after 5pm. was going to book a hotel in downtown malacca, but on the way, they found king's hotel about 8km from downtown malacca, and checked in.

they had dinner in a chicken rice restaurant in donwtown malacca.

and they hard an early nite. and that's the first day of their south malaya golf tour.

philip, his fren introduced him to two sia retirees - hs lee, 66, and colin ng. the thin and petite hs was all fire in his demeanor, talked a lot, and always gave his opinion, and talked straight and unfretted. whereas colin, 64 had steady pear-shaped built. spoke calmly, and always tried be analytical. together with philip, 73, they had quite a partnership in their golf games. all of them belonged to changi golf club. and they used to play in the club quite often.

at dinner time, colin ordered his favorite condiment - freshly cut green chilly paddie, he ate them like candy. but hs would not want to touch a tinge of anything spicy

"wow, you really chilly eater!"

"i like only green chilly paddie."

"why?"

"young and hot. that's my taste!"

"young at heart, pluck green nuts. super smart!"
