east coast - singapore interbational triathlon

they swam, cycled and ran and they became the iron ladies and men after a strenuous, arduous and self-punishing exercise. families and frens came to support them. he came to take pictures. he got some good shots of the cyclists, not using the panning technique, but the fixed focus technique. the cyclists were too near to do any panning, and too fast to do any auto-focus tracking. so he focus on a marker on the road, and locked the focus, aimed the camera at cycling path. when the cyclists appeared head-on in the view-finder's view, when they were a few feet before crossing the marker on the ground, he pushed the shutter and held on to it for a few continuous shots... he got some clean and nice pictures with focus spot-on.

running a triathlon, setting out to take some good photos, man is good to set his own targets and achieve them. is there any meaning to that? what is meaning?

you have to find your own!
