AAA becomes AA+ - std and poor downgraded u.s. rating last weekend.
dow jone plunged 634, to 10809. nasdaq cut 2532 to 2357. sti at 2884 down 3.7%.
euro stocks downed by some 2-3%.
so the whole world did its due reflecting on this downgrade.
but they said, even after losing the top rating, shares still have the chance to go up after a short turmoil, like japan, canada.....
- it means u.s. world ranking downgraded from AAA....
