Yesterday was a sunny and very hot day; the sand on the beaches could cook the feet if they were to stay on it bare for over a minute.

They woke up before 6 and went to pp public market for some fruits. And after breakfast started off the trip to island hopping in honda-bay at 7.30am, they had to rush because accordingly President noynoy aquino was going to honda-bay that morning; roads to honda-bay would be closed if they arrived there later than 8am.

They arrived at around 8am. The police stopped them from entering honda-bay at the check point.the driver told them it was only 7.55, and 'begged' them to let them in. They relented after consulting their boss. The tourists arriving after them were not that lucky; that were turned away.

They were in one boat with two boat men and the tour-guide, daryl, a nice lady with a man's name. They made a stop over at the pambato reef for about 1.5 hour to snorkel. There were some corals, but not as lively and colorful, looked like somehow they had felt the effect of global warming, and withered away. But this was still a good and fun place to have a dip and watch some fishes and corals.

Then they hopped to Starfish island. The seashore there was quite rocky, hence advised not to swim, just lingered for a moment and up they went for Snake Island. They snorkeled for an hour and a half or so, then they had lunch(prepared by the tour guide). Then swam again, for one more hour. Left the place at the 1.30pm for Pandan Island. The water was crystal clear and the sand on the beach was cotton white. They had a good time, and left for shore at 4.30pm....

It was a tiring but satisfying day, to say the least.
